Agung is Founder and CEO of the Pandita Institute. He brings 13 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Consulting, and People Development. He has served in various well-known institutions, including The ASEAN Secretariat, Partnership for Governance Reform, Schlumberger, SWA, AndrewTani & Co., Panin Dai-ichi Life, and Jafra.

His journey began early — publishing his first book at the age of 19 — and has since evolved into writing, ghostwriting, and co-authoring more than 100 books and over 1,000 articles across business, leadership, HR, management, and related fields.

Agung graduated from Paramadina University with a major in International Relations, where he was the awardee of the Paramadina–Theodore Permadi Rachmat Fellowship. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Indonesia on a full scholarship from the Ministry of Higher Education, and completed a non-degree program in International Humanitarian Law & Human Rights at Singapore Management University.

Born a natural public speaker and storyteller, he is dedicated to helping people grow and glow. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, and jogging.
